🏡 About the Role
As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse, you will provide specialist nursing support both at home and within the school environment.
You will play a vital role in managing the child's clinical needs while helping them achieve the highest possible quality of life through safe, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality 1:1 paediatric nursing care
- Supporting the child at home and in school
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Deep suctioning and airway management
- PEG feeding and nutritional support
- Monitoring health, wellbeing, and clinical observations
- Administering medication in line with care plans
- Working closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting social development, independence, and community participation
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
✅ Essential Requirements
We are looking for a nurse who is:
- NMC Registered Paediatric Nurse (RNC)
- Experienced in complex paediatric care
- Competent in:
- Tracheostomy care
- Deep suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Dystonia management
- Airway management
- Calm, compassionate, and patient-centred
- Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Committed to delivering exceptional clinical care
- In possession of a full UK driving licence

- Competitive pay rates of £30.50 - £34.00 per hour
- Initial hours Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
