In this highly visible, field-based role, you’ll own and develop relationships with private case managers, ICBs, and local authorities, ensuring the successful mobilisation and retention of high-quality complex care packages. Responsibilities:
- Own key relationships with case managers, local authorities, and Integrated Care Boards across your region.
- Identify new opportunities for growth while managing existing accounts to ensure long-term retention.
- Work in partnership with internal teams (clinical, operations, mobilisation, recruitment) to ensure care packages are activated quickly and smoothly.
- Track and report all activity via CRM, ensuring up-to-date client data and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Attend regional and national events to promote services and build your professional network.
- Support local delivery by knowing every case manager and package within your geography.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven relationship/account management experience in complex care, healthcare, or social care.
- Ability to build trust and influence across a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of funding flows and package mobilisation timelines within complex care.
- Strong organisational skills with the confidence to manage a field-based, autonomous workload.
- Previous engagement with case managers, ICBs, or local authorities is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
In return, we are offering:
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum
- £3,500 annual car allowance
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities
- Support for your personal and professional development in a values-led organisation
Hours of Work:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
If you’re ready to bring your energy, empathy, and expertise to a role where you’ll make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
