Waking Night Support Worker – 1:1 Care | Norwich

Location: Norwich
Hours: 10:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.71 per hour
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a 23-year-old male within a home setting. This role involves overnight support, monitoring, and assistance with daily routines. Our client may present with verbal and challenging behaviours, so confidence, patience, and a calm approach are essential.
Please note there are two small dogs in the home, so Support Workers must be comfortable working with animals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to behaviours that challenge
