We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team in Slough, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.
Our client enjoys aqua hydro physio in the swimming pool and will require driving there once a week. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

Providing support with daily tasks

Supporting clients to attend appointments, physiotherapy

Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

Essential experience:

A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

Full UK driving licence
