Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Bradford On Avon, Wiltshire.

Pay: £20.55 per hour

Hours: 10 Per week over one day

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female support worker with:

• A genuine passion for care and making a difference
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Reliable, committed, and flexible approach
• Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and his family.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of support workers
• Monitoring condition
• Support with daily/nightly routines
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
• Administer medication and monitor health
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate care records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
