📅 Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Male Live-In Support Worker to join our team supporting a gentleman in Okehampton. You’ll play a key role in helping him maintain his independence, assisting with daily routines, and offering companionship that truly makes a difference.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support with personal care, mobility, and routines

Assist with medication and promote independence

Encourage engagement in hobbies, social activities, and community life

Offer companionship, reassurance, and a listening ear

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team
👤 Who We’re Looking For

Previous care or support experience (live-in or Dom care desirable)

Compassionate, patient, and approachable personality

Someone who enjoys conversation and shares an interest in sports or the outdoors

Reliable, professional, and organised

Able to commit to a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rota
